Myesha combines her expertise in management with a deep passion for community engagement. As the proud owner of Red Velvet Recipes—a beloved culinary gem in South Mountain—she turns her business into a hub for community events and cultural celebrations. Myesha remains committed to fostering local connections and supporting grassroots initiatives, making her a dynamic leader in both civic and community arenas.

Caroline Torres
Founder of the Vila Real Estate Group and a proud mother of three, Caroline transformed personal loss during the recession into a mission of empowerment. With a keen eye for detail from her background in Graphic Design & Marketing, she helps families find homes that support their dreams. Caroline’s heartfelt approach and community spirit make her a passionate advocate for welcoming newcomers to Phoenix and celebrating her vibrant Hispanic heritage through lively community gatherings.

AJ embodies the spirit of hard work, faith, and family. As a seasoned professional in commercial real estate and a proud alumnus of UC Berkeley and Abilene Christian University, he brings a service-driven approach to every role. Whether serving as Chair of the South Mountain Village Planning Committee or collaborating with local stakeholders, AJ is committed to making a tangible impact on our community’s future.

Adam Mikesell
As a dedicated solo REALTOR®, I offer a personalized, hands-on approach to guide clients confidently through the buying and selling process. I deliver exceptional service and results by having strong local market knowledge with an emphasis on relationship-building over transactions. As a proud supporter of community initiatives and local businesses, I actively participate in community events by way of volunteering, event sponsorship, and advocacy. As a result of my dedication and unwavering effort, I have recently had the honor of being named a 2025 Laveen Legend. I am a prideful Laveen resident and SMLCC Board Member who is committed to fostering connections, supporting economic development, and making a positive impact.
